Perma Star Vario is an automatic lubrication unit that is suitable for temperature and pressure independent lubrication. All lubrication points are supplied with fresh lubricant at the right time. The system consists of an electromechanical drive, an LC unit with 60, 120 or 250 cm³ lubricant and a battery pack. The desired dispensing time and LC unit can be easily selected with the adjustment buttons and read directly on the LCD display. Visual LED signals (red/green) and the LCD display show the current status of the lubricator. The LED signals can also be recognized from a distance. Perma Star Vario is adjustable in 1 to 12 months.

In contrast to the perma Star Vario (with battery set), the perma Star Control is supplied with power via the connection cable. The status of the lubricator can be passed on to a PLC via this connection. By integrating TIME and IMPULSE, the system can be used flexibly. In TIME mode, the system lubricates according to the number of operating hours. In IMPULSE mode, a precisely set amount of lubricant is dispensed once the system is connected to power. The perma Star Control consists of an electromechanical drive and an LC unit with 60, 120 or 250 cm³ lubricant. The desired mode is set on the drive.
